photoshop : white border
1. file > new . make it 150x150
2. paste on and resize your picture to fit on the canvas.
3. put psd and etc. . .
4. now , go to layer > new fill layer > solid color . choose white .
5. right click > resterize layer
6. click M and make a rectangle around ur pic.
7. press
Del on
ur keyboard
8. okay then , right click on your pic and select inverse
9. right click on the color fill layer and select blending option.
10. choose stroke and make it like this
11. you are done :)
